1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a booking with Zurich Airport Taxi, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all booking details are correct.
3. Pricing
All prices are quoted in Swiss Francs (CHF) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are fixed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for route changes after pickup or extended waiting time.
4. Waiting Time
For airport pickups, we include 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time for international arrivals and 30 minutes for domestic arrivals. For all other pickups, 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included.
5. Cancellation Policy
- More than 24 hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund if applicable.
- 6 to 24 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 6 hours before pickup: 100% cancellation fee.
- No-show: Full charge applies.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing (email or text message) to be valid.
6. Driver & Vehicle
We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or higher category. Drivers are entitled to refuse carriage to passengers who are abusive, intoxicated or whose behaviour poses a risk to safety.
7. Luggage & Lost Property
We accept no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles. Any items found will be held for 14 days.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the booking. We are not liable for missed flights, missed connections or consequential damages arising from delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
